Known User SLs definition

Known User SLs means single user Subscription Licenses accessed by Bing Maps Licensor's authenticated employees and/or End Users' authenticated employees on Bing Maps Licensor's extranet or End User's private intranet, in order to access and display maps and related information in a Bing Maps Application.

  • Should Licensor report more than 5000 Light Known User SLs, upon such reporting, these limits will be increased at the rate of 10 requests per Light Known User within any 24 hour period and 1000 requests per Light Known User per year, for each Light Known User SL above 5,000.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.
