Land Use Classification definition

Land Use Classification means the current or intended use of a Taxable Parcel as determined by the Taxable Parcel’s County Land Use Code.
Land Use Classification means any of the classes listed in Section B(1).
Land Use Classification means the classification to be established by the Declarant pursuant to Article IV, Section 1, which designates the type of improvements which may be constructed on a Lot, Parcel or Association Land and the purposes for which such improvements and surrounding land may be utilized.
