Landscape Master Plan definition

Landscape Master Plan means the landscape plan for the Estate as approved by the Council;
Landscape Master Plan means the landscape master plan indicating the location, disposition and layout of the landscaping works to be provided within the Lot submitted to and approved by the Director in accordance with Special Condition No.(26)(a) of the Conditions and as from time to time amended, modified or substituted;

Landscape Master Plan means the landscape master plan prescribed by the Developer, as amended from time to time in terms of this Constitution or as approved by the City, if so required;

  • Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
