Launch Rank definition

Launch Rank means the chronological position of the Satellite in the order of all satellite(s) to be launched by ARIANESPACE, based on the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to the CUSTOMER’ Satellite provided for herein (as the same may from time to time be postponed pursuant to this Agreement) and by reference to the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to other customers of ARIANESPACE (as the same may from time to time be postponed pursuant to the agreements between ARIANESPACE and its other customers). Launch Risk Guarantee (LRG) means the guarantee available to CUSTOMER under Paragraph 4.3 of ARTICLE 4 of this Agreement if CUSTOMER exercises the Refund or Reflight Option.
Launch Rank means, at a given date, the chronological position of the Satellite in the order (existing on such date) of the satellites to be launched by ARIANESPACE fixed by reference to the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to CUSTOMER's Satellite (as the same may from time to time be postponed) pursuant to the Agreement and by reference to the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to the satellites of other clients of ARIANESPACE (as the same may from time to time be postponed) pursuant to the agreements between ARIANESPACE and other clients as shall be consistent with the definitions of Launch Rank as stated herein.
Launch Rank means the chronological position of the Satellite in order of the satellites to be launched by ARIANESPACE fixed by reference to the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to Customer's Satellite (as the same may from time to time be postponed) pursuant to the Agreement and by reference to the Launch Period or Launch Slot allocated to the satellites of other clients of ARIANESPACE (as the same may from time to time be postponed) pursuant to the agreements between ARIANESPACE and other clients.

Related to Launch Rank

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Payload means all property to be flown or used on or in a Launch Vehicle.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Domestic content procurement preference ’ means all iron and steel used in the project are produced in the United States; the manufactured products used in the project are produced in the United States; or the construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
