Laycan definition

Laycan means the earliest date on which Laytime can commence and the latest date, after which the charterer can opt to cancel the Charter Party.

Laycan means laydays/cancelling; a period of time agreed between the User and RBCT which corresponds to 10 (ten) calendar days, during which a Vessel should tender a valid Notice of Readiness (NOR) for loading, in line with these Shipping Regulations.
