Lead List. The Bride Lead List is established for Superbowl Bridal Show Exhibitors ONLY. Exhibitors recognize that the lead list is the exclusive property of Sounds of Music and is provided for the sole use of the Exhibitor to use only as a direct business marketing tool. It is further understood and agreed that the Exhibitor shall not under any circumstances copy, lend, sell, trade or share in any way the information provided in the Registered Bride’s Lead List Information to a third party. This list is for exclusive use of Bridal Fair participants. Understand in signing the Contract Agreement you have a contractual agreement to keep this list confidential, as it is coded and protects you from unauthorized use. If this information is used or threatened to be used in an unauthorized manner, Sounds of Music shall be entitled to seek relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual and punitive damages, reasonable attorney fees, costs and any and all other expenses incurred. Exhibitor agrees not to use the list or permit the list to be used to promote any other business bridal or weddings related show or event, including Vendor’s participation within such an event, and that damages suffered by Sounds of Music due to violation of each such use will be set at a dollar amount no less than $500, additionally resulting in exclusion from future shows.

Exhibitors recognize that the lead list is the exclusive property of Xxx Xxxxxx and is provided for the sole use of the Exhibitor to use only as a direct business marketing tool. It is further understood and agreed that the Exhibitor shall not under any circumstances copy, lend, sell, trade or share in any way the information provided in the Registered Lead List Information to a third party. This list is for exclusive use of Show participants. Lead List means the list of contacts that is built using eGrabber Technology.

Examples of Lead List in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, InPhonic shall deliver in electronic format acceptable to TelePlus a Lead List to TelePlus on a weekly basis in a format that is mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • The customers included in each Lead List shall be chosen by InPhonic, in accordance with mutually determined guidelines which are subject to change from time to time.

  • TelePlus shall not, directly or indirectly use the Lead List for any purpose other than the purpose expressly authorized in Section 2.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, initial delivery of the first Lead List shall occur on February 15, 2006 unless requested sooner by TelePlus.

  • TelePlus shall not remove, efface or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices appearing on the Lead List.


More Definitions of Lead List

Lead List means a list of specific personal categories data for United States customers, as set forth on Exhibit A, for customers of InPhonic who place postpaid orders for wireless phone service through InPhonic's website for a wireless subscription plan and then InPhonic suspends processing of the order due to an exception during the risk assessment check.

Related to Lead List

  • DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement.
