Lead worker or "lead abatement worker" means an individual who has been licensed by the Board

Lead worker means any person responsible for directing the tasks an employee or group of employees. Lead worker responsibilities include assigning tasks, coaching, and responsibility for the outcome of tasks performed by a group of employees. Lead worker responsibilities do not include, counseling, performance evaluation, discipline, suspension, or termination any employee or the ability to effectively recommend such action.
