Leasable Premises definition

Leasable Premises means those premises (including the Premises) in the Building which are leased to tenants or which are designated or intended by the Landlord from time to time to be leased or used and occupied by tenants, but shall not include any Common Facilities and shall also not include storage space in the Building leased to tenants or which is designated or intended by the Landlord from time to time to be leased or occupied by tenants for storage space in the Building.
Leasable Premises means those areas and spaces within the Terminal Area that are (1) available for lease to or use by Passenger Carriers as Exclusive Use Premises, Shared Use Premises, Joint Use Premises or Common Use Premises or (2) available for lease to other tenants.
Leasable Premises means those premises within the Project form time to time which are leased to tenants or which are designated by the Landlord for that purpose, and do not form part of the Common Areas and Facilities.

More Definitions of Leasable Premises

Leasable Premises means those premises (including the Premises) in or on the Building that is, or is intended from time to time to be occupied in connection with office purposes. For greater certainty, “Leasable Premises” excludes Storage Areas.
Leasable Premises means those premises (including the Premises) in or on the Complex that are, or are intended from time to time to be occupied in connection with office or retail purposes. With respect to kiosks, "Leasable Premises" shall include permanent kiosks only. For greater certainty, "Leasable Premises" excludes Storage Areas.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack, locker or bicycle stacker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • trade premises means any premises used or intended to be used for carrying on any trade or industry;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Footage means still images, video, audio and other data captured by the Flock Hardware or Customer Hardware in the course of and provided via the Flock Services.

  • Net Rentable Area means with respect to any Project, the floor area of any buildings, structures or improvements available for leasing to tenants (excluding storage lockers and parking spaces), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, the manner of such determination to be consistent for all Projects unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.
