Common Use Premises definition

Common Use Premises means those areas within the Terminal including Common Use Baggage Make up System Space, Common Use Gates, Common Use Ticket Counters, Common Use Baggage Claim Areas that are made available by the Port to Airline and to one or more other Air Carriers, as more fully described in the Premises Notice.
Common Use Premises means those non-exclusive areas of the Airport (excluding Public Space), used in common by AIRLINE, along with other authorized users of the Airport, along with all facilities, improvements, equipment and services which are, or hereafter may be, provided for such common-use, as shown in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto.
Common Use Premises means those areas described in “Exhibit F,” attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for use by airlines on a non-exclusive common use basis, subject to the provisions of Article 5, including but not limited to Gates, Common Use Ticket Counters, free-standing self-service kiosks, skycap podiums, curbside positions, and queuing areas associated with Common Use Ticket Counters and curbside positions, in or adjacent to XXXXX-equipped terminals, for which Authority assesses charges based on the Common Use Formula.

Examples of Common Use Premises in a sentence

  • Common Use Premises may be designated as such from time to time in the Authority Policies and Procedures.

  • Subject to the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the Port reserves the right to revise Airline’s right to use such Common Use Premises by sending to Airline a revised Premises Notice.

  • In no event may Airline make any alterations or improvements to any Common Use Premises.

  • Airline’s payment of actual rentals for the Common Use Premises and the FIS shall be due and payable within fifteen (15) days ’of the Port’s invoice date.

  • The Port grants to Airline, subject to Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the right to use, on a common use basis, the Common Use Premises identified in the Premises Notice, subject at all times to the exclusive control and management by the Port.


More Definitions of Common Use Premises

Common Use Premises means the areas leased by County to Airline for use by Airline in common with all other air transportation companies, whether or not signatory to this Agreement, as shown in Exhibit F.
Common Use Premises means space, improvements and facilities at the Airport to be used in common by air carriers.
Common Use Premises means those areas at the Airport which two or more Scheduled Air Carriers are authorized to use, as shown on Exhibits N-B-1 and D-B-1. For purposes of calculating rentals, fees, and charges hereunder, such Common Use Premises shall be deemed Rentable Space; provided, however, no leasehold interests shall accrue to or be acquired by any authorized user thereof. Commuter Concourse shall mean the new concourse to be constructed at National as described in Exhibit N-I. Concourse A shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse B shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse C shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse D shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E.
Common Use Premises means those areas at the Airport which two or more Scheduled Air Carriers are authorized to use, as shown on Exhibits N-B and D-B attached hereto. For purposes of calculating rentals, fees, and charges hereunder, such Common Use Premises shall be deemed Rentable Space; provided, however, no leasehold interests shall accrue to or be acquired by any authorized user thereof. Construction Documents shall mean those plans and specifications prepared for inclusion in construction bid documents for the Capital Development Program. Contract Security shall mean a security for payment as set forth in Section 8.
Common Use Premises means those areas at the Airport which two or more Scheduled Air Carriers are authorized to use, as shown on Exhibits N-B-1 and D-B-1. For purposes of calculating rentals, fees, and charges hereunder, such Common Use Premises shall be deemed Rentable Space; provided, however, no leasehold interests shall accrue to or be acquired by any authorized user thereof. Concourse A (Dulles) shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse B (Dulles) shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse C (Dulles) shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse D (Dulles) shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse E/F (Dulles), which may also be referred to as Tier 2 East and Tier 3 West, shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E. Concourse G/H (Dulles), which may also be referred to as Tier 3 East, shall mean a Terminal Sub-Center at Dulles as described in Exhibit D-E.
Common Use Premises means those areas within the Terminal, described in Exhibit F as of the Effective Date, related to the ticketing of passengers and equipped with Common Use Systems including, but not limited to Common Use Ticket Counters, free-standing self-service kiosks, skycap podiums, curbside positions and Queuing Space, that are made available by Authority to Airline and to one or more other Passenger Carriers, subject to Section 3.1.5, as such areas may be modified and expanded from time to time by Authority.
Common Use Premises means those areas of the CPTC, including without limitation Common Use Gates (including Common Use Gates with Priority Use Rights), Common Use Check-In Positions, Common Use Terminal Equipment, Common Use baggage claim and Common Use baggage make-up, not assigned on a Shared Use, Preferential Use or Exclusive Use basis, but rather used in common by Airline and one or more other Passenger Carriers. Common Use Premises does not include Circulation and Support Space.‌
