Exclusive Use Premises definition

Exclusive Use Premises means space, improvements and facilities at the Airport leased for the exclusive use of an air carrier.
Exclusive Use Premises means those portions of the Terminal Complex assigned exclusively to AIRLINE, as shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Exclusive Use Premises means those premises leased to Airline for Airline’s sole use and occupancy subject to the rules, regulations, and provisions of any federal, state, county and municipal jurisdiction as shown in Exhibit E.

Examples of Exclusive Use Premises in a sentence

  • Charges for the use of such Exclusive Use Premises will be levied upon Airline on the basis of the total square footage of such space assigned to Airline.

  • Payments of one-twelfth (1/12) of the total annual Terminal Rent for Airline's Preferential Use Premises and Exclusive Use Premises shall be due in advance, without demand or invoice, on the first day of each month.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant to Airline any exclusive right or privilege within the meaning of 49 U.S.C. § 40103(e) or 49 U.S.C. § 47107(a)(4) with respect to activity on the Airport, except that, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, Airline shall have the right to exclusive possession of any Exclusive Use Premises made available to Airline under the provisions of this Agreement.

  • City does hereby lease and demise to Airline and Airline does hereby lease and accept from City the Exclusive Use Premises, Preferential Use Premises and Common Use Premises designated in Exhibits B and D as well as certain Baggage Claim and Baggage Make-up Areas used jointly with other Passenger Carriers.

  • City will calculate the annual rental rate for the use of office space, VIP Lounges and other Exclusive Use Premises by multiplying the square footage of such space by the per-square foot cost for the applicable Group.


More Definitions of Exclusive Use Premises

Exclusive Use Premises means those areas described in “Exhibit C”, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, used solely by Airline, including, but not limited to, certain ticket counters (excluding Common Use Ticket Counters), associated passenger queuing areas, ticket and baggage service offices and operational support areas.
Exclusive Use Premises means office space, storage areas, Airline Clubs, employee break rooms, baggage service office or other areas in Terminal 1 that may be leased by an Airline for its exclusive use and occupancy.
Exclusive Use Premises means any office space, storage area, VIP Lounge, employee break room or other area of the Terminal designated by City for exclusive use by Airline as shown on Exhibit B.
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas described in Exhibit C, used exclusively by Airline except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, including, but not limited to (a) certain Ticket Counters, free-standing self-service kiosks, skycap podiums, curbside positions, and associated Queuing Space in Terminal 1 on a transitional basis until the DBO of new Terminal facilities to be constructed in the ADP; and (b) certain ticket offices and baggage service offices, Airline Clubs and operational support areas.
Exclusive Use Premises means and refer to those areas indicated on Exhibit B and depicted on Xxxxxxxx X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0 and C-5.
Exclusive Use Premises means any office space, storage area, passenger club, employee break room or other areas of the CPTC designated for Airline’s exclusive use and shown on Exhibit A as Group B Rented Space (unless such Group B Rented Space is designated as “Preferential”), Group C Rented Space and Group D Rented Space.‌
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas and facilities in the Terminal Cost Center leased to AIRLINE for its sole use and occupancy. Exclusive Use Premises are authorized to be used for office space, lost and unclaimed baggage offices, airline operations and maintenance areas, ground and air crew accommodation, storage space, and VIP lounges.
