Exclusive Use Premises definition

Exclusive Use Premises means space, improvements and facilities at the Airport leased for the exclusive use of an air carrier.
Exclusive Use Premises means those portions of the Terminal Complex assigned exclusively to AIRLINE, as shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Exclusive Use Premises means those premises leased to Airline for Airline’s sole use and occupancy subject to the rules, regulations, and provisions of any federal, state, county and municipal jurisdiction as shown in Exhibit E.

Examples of Exclusive Use Premises in a sentence

  • The amount of the Security Deposit for Passenger Carriers shall be equivalent to: (i) three (3) months of estimated rental charges for Airline’s use of its Preferential Use Premises and Exclusive Use Premises, plus (ii) three (3) months estimated rental charges for Airline’s use of Common Use Premises and the FIS, plus (iii) three (3) months of Airline’s estimated Landing Fees.

  • AIRLINE's rental payment for Exclusive Use Premises and Preferential Use Premises shall be determined as the sum of the products obtained by multiplying the rental rate for the period, calculated in accordance with Exhibit F, by the amount of the corresponding type of space leased by AIRLINE as Exclusive Use Premises and Preferential Use Premises as set forth in Exhibits B and C.

  • Use of AIRLINE's Exclusive Use Premises or any part thereof, by anyone other than AIRLINE shall be deemed a sublease.

  • The affected Air Transportation Company shall have the right to install in its Exclusive Use Premises and Preferential Use Premises its own equipment and furnishings sixty (60) days prior to the estimated date of Substantial Completion or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties subject to the provisions of Section 9.04, herein.

  • AIRLINE, its officers, employees, agents, and those under its control, shall comply with security measures required of AIRLINE or AUTHORITY by the FAA or contained in any Airport master security plan approved by the FAA to include an Airport Tenant Security Program as outlined in FAR Part 107 respective to AIRLINE's Exclusive Use Premises.


More Definitions of Exclusive Use Premises

Exclusive Use Premises means office space, storage areas, Airline Clubs, employee break rooms, baggage service office or other areas in Terminal 1 that may be leased by an Airline for its exclusive use and occupancy.
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas described in “Exhibit C”, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, used solely by Airline, including, but not limited to, certain ticket counters (excluding Common Use Ticket Counters), associated passenger queuing areas, ticket and baggage service offices and operational support areas.
Exclusive Use Premises means any office space, storage area, passenger club, employee break room or other areas of the CPTC designated for Airline’s exclusive use and shown on Exhibit A as Group B Rented Space (unless such Group B Rented Space is designated as “Preferential”), Group C Rented Space and Group D Rented Space.‌
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas and facilities in the Terminal Cost Center leased to AIRLINE for its sole use and occupancy. Exclusive Use Premises are authorized to be used for office space, lost and unclaimed baggage offices, airline operations and maintenance areas, ground and air crew accommodation, storage space, and VIP lounges.
Exclusive Use Premises means, at any time, for each Airline Party, those areas and facilities in the Terminal Area which, pursuant to Article IV of such Airline Party's Airport Use Agreement, are then leased to such Airline Party for its exclusive occupancy and use.
