Exclusive Use Premises definition

Exclusive Use Premises means space, improvements and facilities at the Airport leased for the exclusive use of an air carrier.
Exclusive Use Premises means those portions of the Terminal Complex assigned exclusively to AIRLINE, as shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas described in “Exhibit C”, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, used solely by Airline, including, but not limited to, certain ticket counters (excluding Common Use Ticket Counters), associated passenger queuing areas, ticket and baggage service offices and operational support areas.

Examples of Exclusive Use Premises in a sentence

  • Whichever option is selected, the security for payments shall be in an amount equal to two months’ rentals for Exclusive Use Premises and Preferential Use Premises, plus estimated landing fees for the same period, all as reasonably estimated by the Director.

  • AUTHORITY reserves the right to grant and/or permit other parties the right to use any portion of Airport, except AIRLINE’s Exclusive Use Premises, for any permitted purpose and upon any fair and non-discriminatory terms established by the AUTHORITY.

  • Exclusive or preferential use of AIRLINE's Exclusive Use Premises, or any part thereof, or preferential use of AIRLINE's Preferential Use Premises, or any part thereof, by anyone other than AIRLINE or its Affiliates shall be considered a sublease.

  • AIRLINE shall pay one-twelfth (1/12) of its annual Terminal Rentals for its Preferential Use Premises and Exclusive Use Premises in the Terminal on the first day of each month in advance without notice.

  • AIRLINE shall not be allowed to install any type of vending machines in AIRLINE’s non-public, Exclusive Use Premises or elsewhere on the Airport, without prior written approval by the Director.


More Definitions of Exclusive Use Premises

Exclusive Use Premises means office space, storage areas, Airline Clubs, employee break rooms, baggage service office or other areas in Terminal 1 that may be leased by an Airline for its exclusive use and occupancy.
Exclusive Use Premises means those premises leased to Airline for Airline’s sole use and occupancy subject to the rules, regulations, and provisions of any federal, state, county and municipal jurisdiction as shown in Exhibit E.
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas of the Airport leased to the AIRLINE, as shown in Exhibit “B”, attached hereto, to which AIRLINE shall have exclusive use, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, which may be assigned for the entire Term or may be assigned to AIRLINE on a month to month basis as indicated in Exhibit B.
Exclusive Use Premises means the CONRAC Counter Space, Ready/Return Space, allocated QTA Space and assigned Fuel Facilities and such other space as may be assigned to, and accepted by a RAC for its exclusive use, or shared with one or more specifically identified RAC, as shaded and depicted in an exhibit to each of the Sublease Agreements.
Exclusive Use Premises means any office space, storage area, passenger club, employee break room or other areas of the CPTC designated for Airline’s exclusive use and shown on Exhibit A as Group B Rented Space (unless such Group B Rented Space is designated as “Preferential”), Group C Rented Space and Group D Rented Space.‌
Exclusive Use Premises means those areas and facilities in the Terminal Cost Center leased to AIRLINE for its sole use and occupancy. Exclusive Use Premises are authorized to be used for office space, lost and unclaimed baggage offices, airline operations and maintenance areas, ground and air crew accommodation, storage space, and VIP lounges.
Exclusive Use Premises means any office space, storage area, VIP Lounge, employee break room or other area of the Terminal designated by City for exclusive use by Airline as shown on Exhibit B.
