Lease Fees definition

Lease Fees means the lease Charges described in the Lease Agreement.
Lease Fees. The sum of annual recurring fees for all software modules contracted by the Customer.
Lease Fees. The lease fees determined under Section 3 of Attachment 1 for each Tranche with respect to each Unit Component.

More Definitions of Lease Fees

Lease Fees means the lease fees and related charges which Customer is obligated to pay Lessor pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement and as are specified on Attachment A to this Agreement and any Change Orders signed by Customer.

  • Base Rent Period Annual Rate Per Square Foot Monthly Base Rent

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Rent means Basic Rent and Supplemental Rent, collectively.

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;
