Legacy Option Plan definition

Legacy Option Plan means the Corporation’s Fourth Amended and Restated Incentive Stock Option Plan, as may be amended from time to time;

More Definitions of Legacy Option Plan

Legacy Option Plan means the Incentive Stock Option Plan of the Company effective as of September 22, 2020, as amended and in effect as of the date of the Arrangement Agreement.
