Legal Fund. For each employee that is an eligible employee per Sections 19.01 through 19.12 above, the Employer shall contribute eight dollars ($8.00) per month to the United Food and Commercial Workers Union and Employers Legal Assistance Fund, which Fund is a jointly administered Employer and Union Trust Fund, as provided in the Trust agreement.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Venture capital fund means a private fund that meets the definition of a venture capital fund in SEC Rule 203(l)-1, 17 C.F.R. § 275.203(l)-1.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Fund means any Person (other than a natural person) that is (or will be) engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Private Fund means an issuer that would be an investment company as defined in section 3 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 but for Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of that Act.
