Licensed Listings definition

Licensed Listings means the Listings, consisting of only the specific data provided by Licensor in only the fields identified by Licensor from time to time, in its sole discretion.
Licensed Listings means collectively the IDX Listings and the VOW Listings, consisting of data provided by NRVMLS in the fields identified by NRVMLS from time to time, in its sole discretion, for such IDX Listings and VOW Listings.
Licensed Listings means collectively the VOW Listings and Participant Listings.

  • No Licensed Listings, or portion of any Licensed Listings, may be displayed by Vendor Licensee except in accordance with the foregoing sentence.

  • Upon the occurrence of any default by Vendor Licensee under this Agreement, including any violation of or noncompliance with the Access Standards, the Technology Standards, or the Display Standards by Vendor Licensee, Licensor may, at its option and without prior notice to Vendor Licensee, immediately suspend the License, including access to or display of the Licensed Listings, or the display of the Licensed Listings on any particular Display Website for a period of up to thirty (30) days.

  • Vendor Licensee agrees that any modification of Licensor’s Server, and any interruption or unavailability of access to Licensor’s Server, or access to or use of the Licensed Listings shall not constitute a default under this Agreement, and that Licensor shall xxxx no liability of any nature to Vendor Licensee for any such modifications, interruptions, unavailability, or failure of access.

  • Vendor Licensee agrees to take all reasonable steps necessary to protect the Licensed Listings from unauthorized access, distribution, copying or use.

  • Vendor Licensee agrees that it will include and not alter or remove any trademark, copyright, or other notices, or any disclaimer or disclaimer field, or other text located or used on, or in connection with the Licensed Listings, or otherwise required by Licensor.

  • Access Standards means the additional terms and conditions for accessing the Licensed Listings, which terms and conditions are established and amended by Licensor from time-to-time.

Related to Licensed Listings

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
