Licensed Project definition

Licensed Project means a project using the Licensed Materials to create (i) a single bitstream (using one or more instances of the Licensed Materials) for use in one or more printed circuit boards; or (ii) one or more bitstreams (using one or more instances of the Licensed Materials) for use in a single printed circuit board. Derivative or follow-on projects, with the exception of bug fixes to remedy errors in Licensed Products, are not part of the Licensed Project as defined herein.
Licensed Project means a project using the Licensed Materials, which Project shall last until completion of development engineering activities, unless otherwise agreed to by Enclustra. Derivative or follow-on projects shall not form part of the Project as herein defined with the exception of bug fixes necessary to remedy errors.
Licensed Project. Work Group”, or “Entity” means an identifiable Customer application(s), business unit(s), project(s), brand(s) or service(s) for which the Service is licensed, as set forth in the applicable Order Form; “Customer Data” means any data, information or material that Customer, Customer’s Users, or partners may disclose or submit to TBM or the Services while using the Services;

Examples of Licensed Project in a sentence

  • Bayer, either itself or through their outside patent counsel, will keep Recursion informed with respect to the status of the filing, prosecution (EP and US) and maintenance of the Licensed Project Patents.

  • Prior to undertaking any action to enforce such Licensed Project Patents, Bayer shall notify Recursion in writing.

  • Bayer shall not be liable to Recursion for ultimate discontinuation of such Licensed Project Patents, except in the case that Bayer intentionally ignores said Recursion’s acceptance notice, provided, however, that Bayer has timely received such acceptance notice and discontinuation of the respective Licensed Project Patents is irreversible.

  • Bayer shall have the right to apply for a Licensed Project Patent in any country or region of the world.

  • Bayer will also notify Recursion in writing about any relevant substantial correspondence including all newly filed patent applications of Licensed Project Patents, proposal of countries in which the patent application shall be filed, notifications on allowance, issue or grant and office actions.

  • Bayer shall not give up substantial scope of the claims (unless a claim is determined to be invalid by the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) at the US PTO, by a Board of Appeal at the EPO or by a national court) or abandon any Licensed Project Patents without Recursion’s prior written consent.

  • Upon Recursion’s written request but at least once a year Bayer shall provide to Recursion a written report about the status of Licensed Project IP Rights.

  • As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Bayer, at its sole expense, shall lead the filing, prosecuting and maintaining of Licensed Project IP Rights.

  • In no event shall Bayer admit the invalidity of, or after exercising its right to bring and control an action under this Section 13.3.1, fail to defend the validity of, any Licensed Project Patent without Recursion’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
