Licensee Business definition

Licensee Business means the "Company Business" as that term is defined in the Licensee Contribution Agreement.
Licensee Business means providing a social media platform, contents, and services to assist businesses, including IPW and other businesses, in the marketing of their products.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Licensee Business shall include any activities involving the operation of life support machines, weapons systems, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, nuclear facilities or any other environment requiring fail- safe performance in which any failure or delay in performance could lead to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage.

More Definitions of Licensee Business

Licensee Business means the business of offering family history services and products that are a part of the Licensee’s or Licensor’s Business, on or before the License Effective Date and a DNA services business as contemplated on or before the License Effective Date by Licensee.
