Licensee Model definition

Licensee Model means the model used as input in the Licensed Program and whose purpose is to model, simulate and/or control systems. Machine means computer equipment i) belonging to Licensee or under its sole control or supervision,

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, and Non-Patent Rights Controlled by Licensor or its Affiliates embodied in Licensor Know-How or Licensor Materials.
