Teaser Content definition

Teaser Content means unmodified headlines and/or the first sentence of articles from Licensor Content.
Teaser Content means any excerpt of the Zillow Content that Yahoo creates for placement on YRE and/or other Yahoo Properties in order to promote the features and functionality of applicable pages or sites in support of Lead-generating activities contemplated by this Agreement, subject to the express terms of this Agreement (including without limitation Section 4.1). Teaser Content means any portion of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent that (a) is streamed from or reproduced on or within the Yahoo Properties; (b) consists of a small excerpt of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent (e.g, an Online Career Fair Employer logo or individual job listing) which does not change the meaning of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent; and (c) is directly associated, connected or linked to the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent from which that Teaser Content was derived or links directly to the Yahoo Service Pages or a page of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxe, as applicable.

Examples of Teaser Content in a sentence

  • Yahoo is not authorized to and will not use any Teaser Content to promote any content, products or services on the Yahoo Properties that compete with Lead-generating content, products or services.

  • Further, Yahoo’s license rights in Teaser Content are subject to the condition that Yahoo will cease any exercise of rights in specific Teaser Content if Zillow so requests based on reasonable concern about disruptions to Zillow’s licenses or business relationships with providers of applicable Zillow Content (including Zillow Listings).

  • Yahoo will provide prior written notice (email will suffice) to Zillow of any new programmatic use of Zillow Listings as Teaser Content on any Yahoo Property(ies) other than YRE.

  • If Licensor has not provided Teaser Content for a particular Daily Tip, Yahoo may elect to use the first paragraph of the Full Tip for that Daily Tip in the Module in lieu of the Teaser Content for that Daily Tip.

  • Yahoo shall post Teaser Content in the Module for all those users that have selected the Module.

  • Provided that the Teaser Content for an individual Daily Tip does not exceed 200 characters in length, Yahoo will reproduce the text for the Teaser Content for that Daily Tip as such text has been provided to Yahoo.

  • Yahoo's license to modify the TMCS Content shall be limited to modifying the TMCS Content to ** Yahoo Property and to create Teaser Content provided that Yahoo does not ** of the TMCS Content.

Teaser Content means any portion of the TMCS content that (i) appears on pages within the Yahoo Properties: (ii) contains a small excerpt of the TMCS Content (e.g., a headline) which does not change the meaning of the TMCS Content; and (iii) links directly to more TMCS Content.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Brand Content Policy means, collectively, Xxxxx’s content policy referenced in Exhibit A and any other policy, guidelines, terms of use, terms of service, code of conduct, or instructional materials provided or made available by Brand or any of its affiliates to Influencer from time to time.
