C.Signs: Lessee shall not erect nor modify any signs on the Building or within the Common or Limited Common Areas without Lessor’s prior written consent, which may be withheld for any reason.
H/C I Owner may relocate, increase or decrease all or any part of the H/C I Pass-through Areas and/or the H/C I Limited Common Areas at its sole cost and expense; provided that such relocation, increase or decrease does not adversely affect (other than to a de minimis extent) any Party’s (and its invitee’s) reasonable access to its Destination Areas.
