Litigation Report definition

Litigation Report means the annual litigation report dated 15 March, 2003 relating to proceedings affecting members of the Consolidated Group and delivered by the Borrower to the Bank prior to or on the date of the Amendment Agreements;
Litigation Report means a report, certified to be true, correct and complete by an Authorized Officer of Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries which is a party to any Litigation, describing all Litigation relating to Insurance Business of Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries, in format acceptable to Lender.
Litigation Report means the internal annual litigation report of the Borrower prepared in the context of the disclosures made in the Borrower’s annual accounts.

Litigation Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.
