LME Data definition

LME Data means any and all data disseminated directly or indirectly by the LME (including but not limited to, the Licensed Data set out at Schedule 1 as updated and amended by the LME, from time to time) but not including Third Party Data;
LME Data means any data in any form relating to the LME market, including, without limitation, market data prices, volumes, quotations, indices, time stamps, news and other information relating to ferrous, non-ferrous and precious LME contracts traded on any platform operated by the LME in conjunction with the LME Trade Xxxx to the extent permitted under and in accordance with the Agreement;
LME Data means any data in any form relating to the LME market, including, without limitation, market data prices, volumes, quotations, indices, time stamps, news and other information relating to ferrous, non-ferrous and precious LME contracts traded on any platform operated by the LME in conjunction with the LME Trade Xxxx to the extent permitted under and in accordance with the Agreement. For the purposes of the Agreement, Licensed Data shall be as specified on the Order Form and updated as approved in writing by the LME from time to time. Examples of LME Data in a sentence

  • The Client is prohibited from coping, distributing, transmitting or otherwise making available to third parties any of the LME Data displayed on the IB Trader Workstation.

  • The Client acknowledges that (a) any calculation that IBIE might create using the LME Data is different and distinct from the prices quoted by the LME; (b) the LME retains all the intellectual property rights over the LME Data, including those referred to in derived calculations.

  • Authorised Affiliates may not onward distribute the LME Data or sub-licence the right to use the LME Data to any third party.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the physical waiver is granted only where the sole use of LME Data is as a reference in physical supply contracts and for hedging purposes as is described above.

  • The Non-Display licence covers any use of LME Data other than where the use of the data is in support of its display or distribution, irrespective of delay class1.2 If LME Data is being used in this way a Non-Display licence may be required; however there are a number of fee waivers and licence exemptions available (see section 6 below).

  • The Private Investor Distribution licence includes the distribution of Real Time, Level 2 LME Data to Private Individuals via a display application.

  • The Client acknowledges that (a) any calculation that IBUK might create using the LME Data is different and distinct from the prices quoted by the LME; (b) the LME retains all the intellectual property rights over the LME Data, including those referred to in derived calculations.

  • Client is prohibited from coping, distributing, transmitting or otherwise making available to third parties any of the LME Data displayed on the IB Trader Workstation.

Related to LME Data

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
