LME Data definition

LME Data means any and all data disseminated directly or indirectly by the LME (including but not limited to, the Licensed Data set out at Schedule 1 as updated and amended by the LME, from time to time) but not including Third Party Data;

Examples of LME Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Company hereby expressly reserves any and all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights and any rights of confidentiality), licences and permissions in and to the LME Data, the Trade Marks and the Product Specifications.

Related to LME Data

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
