Local Bond Counsel definition

Local Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys (who may be counsel to any party under the Financing Agreement) of nationally recognized standing in connection with the issuance of obligations similar to the Local Governmental Obligations, selected by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Trust;
Local Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys (who may also be counsel to the Trust, the Commonwealth or the Bond Trustee) nationally recognized as experienced in matters relating to bonds issued by states and their political subdivisions selected by a Borrower and satisfactory to the Trust;
Local Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys (who may also be counsel to the Trust, the Commonwealth or the Master Trustee) nationally recognized as experienced in matters relating to bonds issued by states and their political subdivisions selected by a Borrower and satisfactory to the Trust;

Related to Local Bond Counsel

  • Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys of nationally recognized standing on the subject of municipal bonds satisfactory to the Director.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.
