Examples of Long Term Casual Employee in a sentence
Employee who becomes a Long Term Casual Employee shall have prior relevant experience reviewed annually upon obtaining the first long term casual assignment in each school year.
If an Employee maintains continuous employment with the Employer they will achieve the status and benefits of a Long Term Casual Employee, as defined in Clause 1.7 of this agreement.
D.4.2 In the situation where an absent Employee is expected to return to work, and the absent Employee has been replaced by a Long Term Casual Employee and the absent Employee’s absence is subsequently reported to exceed the four (4) month xxxx, the Employer may, with the consent of the Bargaining Unit, determine to change the Long Term Casual Employee’s status to that of a Temporary Contract Employee for the remainder of the work year without posting.
Such eligibility shall be for the duration of that particular Long Term assignment, but not thereafter unless the Long Term Casual Employee re-qualifies pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph.
Long Term Casual Employee will mean a casual employee engaged by the employer on a regular and systematic basis for several periods of employment during a period of at least 12 months with no more than a three month break between engagements.
