LTIP Plan definition

LTIP Plan means an incentive compensation plan of the Corporation which would pay bonuses to the Executive based upon the achievement of specified goals during or at the end of an award period of more than one year (such as a three year incentive compensation plan).

Examples of LTIP Plan in a sentence

  • Any awards to the Employee under the Corporation’s Amended and Restated 2011 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (such plan, as may be amended from time to time, and any successor or replacement plan, the “LTIP Plan”) that are outstanding at the time of a Separation from Service will be governed by the terms of the LTIP Plan and the applicable award agreement.
