Maintenance and Support Term definition

Maintenance and Support Term means: (a) the Initial Term Maintenance and Support Term or (b) any Maintenance and Support Renewal Term under the applicable Order Form.

Maintenance and Support Term means the period in which Customer is entitled to receive Content Updates, as applicable, and support services from Rapid7, including all updates, enhancements, bug fixes and new releases thereto that Rapid7 makes generally available to its customers. The length of the Maintenance and Support term shall be listed on the applicable Order Form and shall commence on the date Customer is delivered the Software.

Examples of Maintenance and Support Term in a sentence

  • During the Initial Maintenance and Support Term (as indicated in the Order Form), Spōk (i) will directly or indirectly provide Maintenance and Support to Licensee for the Products pursuant to guidelines listed in the then-current SLE and any amendments associated with an executed Order Form and (ii) will not materially degrade its Support practices.

  • Subject to applicable law, Licensee agrees that until one (1) year after the later of (a) the termination and non-renewal of the Maintenance and Support Term or (b) the completion of Services, Licensee will not hire, employ or contract for services with any employee of Spōk who provides Support or Services to Licensee.

  • You have a fifteen (15) calendar day grace period from the expiration of Your current Maintenance and Support Term to renew without incurring a late fee.

  • Upon request during the Maintenance and Support Term and for a nominal handling charge, Spōk will provide Licensee additional copies (either by CD/DVD or electronic format) of the Software listed in an Order Form (subject to the Designated Users for those Products).

Related to Maintenance and Support Term

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Maintenance Program means a maintenance program for the Aircraft approved by the Aviation Authority, in conformity with the Maintenance Planning Document.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
