Maintenance Price definition

Maintenance Price has the meaning set forth Section 3.2 of Exhibit C-2 to the ITP.
Maintenance Price is amended as follows: Maintenance Price means the aggregate General Maintenance Price and the Pavement Renewal Work Price, subject to adjustments contemplated in Section 8.1 and to such additions to and deductions from the compensation as may be provided for pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof and Section 5 of the CMA.
Maintenance Price as used herein shall initially mean the pro-rated “yearly maintenance cost” for “year 1” set forth in Exhibit 4. The Maintenance Price shall be paid in accordance with this Section 8.1. The Maintenance Price (and the individual components thereof) shall be increased or decreased only by a Change Order issued in accordance with Section 10 or by an amendment to this Capital Maintenance Agreement. No portion of the Maintenance Price shall be payable on account of services provided: (a) prior to issuance of Maintenance NTP1, or (b) after the termination, expiration or non-renewal of the term of this Capital Maintenance Agreement.

Such amount shall be payable in arrears pursuant to Draw Requests submitted on the first day of each month of such Maintenance Term year.
Maintenance Price means the price per Unit specified in Schedule 1.01, subject to adjustment by the Calculation Agent from time to time upon any split or combination of the Units, any distribution of Units to holders of Units or any other corporate transaction or event with a similar effect that occurs following the date hereof.
