Maintenance Review Board Report. (“MRB Report”): the report published by the Maintenance Review Board for the Xxxxxxxxxx XX-600-2B19 aircraft detailing the intervals and description of the maintenance tasks and, where applicable, the life limits required for continued airworthiness of the Aircraft. Where the intervals specified in the MRB Report differ from the limit specified by the component manufacturer, the MRB Report shall take precedence.

The Assistance Company in collaboration with the Medical Evacuation Provider, will utilize the assessment to determine at its sole discretion whether a Plan Holder is fit to fly; the most appropriate means to provide medical evacuation; the medical personnel who will be accompanying the patient on the transport; and to confirm the medical facility closest to one’s home can meet their medical needs.   • Final Report means the report described in Clause 10.7;

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Appraisal Reduction Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Compliance Review as defined in Section 5.5(b).

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.

  • Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.1.0 (Reporting Requirements).

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;
