Managed Services Fees definition

Managed Services Fees means the fees associated with a contracted period, during which PA provides the Client with Managed Services as defined in Appendix D.
Managed Services Fees means the fees payable by Customer to Capita for the Managed Services, as set out in the applicable Product Order and which shall form part of the Support Fees.
Managed Services Fees means the fees payable by Client for Managed Services.

Related to Managed Services Fees

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.
