Managed Services Fees definition

Managed Services Fees means the fees associated with a contracted period, during which PA provides the Client with Managed Services as defined in Appendix D.

  • Lottery shall pay SBTech the Managed Services Fees as set forth below each month during the Term, in addition to the Access Fees set forth above.

Related to Managed Services Fees

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
