Management Officers definition

Management Officers means General Director, Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountant, Heads of Departments and Divisions and other managerial positions in the Company appointed by Board of Directors from time to time.
Management Officers means those persons employed by the Association in capacities such as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, First Vice President or Vice President of the Association.
Management Officers has the meaning set forth in the MIPA.
