Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-
Key Managerial Person means person as defined in Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013
arterial road means a road, which, in the opinion of the road authority, functions as a main carrier of traffic within an urban area.

City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.
Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:
Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.
Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.
Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;
Focus means limiting the number of items included in a curriculum to allow for deeper exploration of the subject matter.

Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Business Relationship Strength for the purpose of this RFP shall mean the definition and commitment of the respondent towards a mutually successful “relationship” between the selected contractor and HCC for the duration of the contract. Respondent’s Statement of Qualification must include their definition, proposal and commitment to forge, foster and maintain a mutually successful “relationship” with HCC. Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
High managerial agent means an officer of a nursing facility, the administrator and assistant administrator of the nursing facility, the director and assistant director of nursing services, or any other agent in a position of comparable authority with respect to the formulation of policies of the nursing facility or the supervision in a managerial capacity of subordinate employees.
Managerial employee means an employee of the State of Oregon or a public university
Consulting means the application of scientific principles and procedures in counseling and human development to provide assistance in understanding and solving current or potential problems that the client may have in relation to a third party, individuals, groups, and organizations.
