  • However, if the Consumer informs the Retailer its option not to automatically renew this Agreement and does not inform the Retailer of its selected option to transfer to another retailer no later than 8 business days prior to the expiry date, it is deemed that the Consumer has agreed to purchase electricity from the applicable Market Support Services Licensee (“MSSL”) at the prevailing regulated tariff immediately following the expiry of this Agreement.

Related to Market Support Services
