Materials Fee is quoted in single final Product unit increments and is defined as DPT’s Standard Cost (“Standard Cost” is the average actual cost to DPT of materials plus incoming freight, scrap/yield loss adjustments and any other recurring costs directly attributable to acquiring the material) […***…] for administration and carrying costs.
