Obligations under this contract shall be suspended without notice that the school is closed because of force majeure events that include but are not limited to: fire, active terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, any act of nature, war, government action or any event beyond the school’s control. If any of these events occur, the obligation of this contract will be postponed until the school may open safely.
