Measurement Data definition

Measurement Data means (i) data measured or generated by Products or other equipment provided or operated by us, and (ii) data measured or generated by other equipment of the Customer and made available to us in relation to the Services, as well as related metadata (such as location and timing of the measurement).
Measurement Data means all electronic data processed by the Platform on behalf of and relating to Company or its Affiliates, whether Kochava receives the data via SDK, server-to-server (“S2S”), or Company’s third party partners.
Measurement Data means, with respect to a given month, aggregated interval measurement data for such month from a meter approved by the IESO pursuant to Schedule 6.

Measurement Data means all data generated by Measurement Equipment or derived based on measured values (conversion);
