Merchant Marks definition

Merchant Marks mean all trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, taglines, slogans, product names, any other similar intellectual property, registered or unregistered, directly or indirectly owned by or licensed to You and Your Affiliates anywhere in the world.
Merchant Marks means Xxxxxxxx’s customary name and logo, and such other trademarks as Merchant may from time to time notify Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx in writing to be “Merchant Marks” within the meaning of this Agreement.
Merchant Marks means a Merchant’s name, logo, URL, service name or trademarks as designated by the Merchant or the Merchant Service Provider(s).

Examples of Merchant Marks in a sentence

  • All goodwill arising from use of the Merchant Marks by Apple and its Affiliates will inure to the benefit of You.

  • You retain Your right, title and interest in the Merchant Marks, and all associated goodwill.

More Definitions of Merchant Marks

Merchant Marks means solely the Merchant name, logo and tag lines in the form provided by Merchant to GeoCities for use in the Program under this Agreement; provided, however, that Merchant, from time to time, may change the appearance and/or style of the Merchant Marks, and GeoCities may alter the size of the Merchant Marks to the extent necessary to comply with GeoCities general formatting and publishing requirements. GeoCities hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Merchant Marks are owned solely and exclusively by Merchant, (ii) except as set forth herein, GeoCities has no rights, title or interest in or to the Merchant Marks and (iii) all use of the Merchant Marks by GeoCities shall inure to the benefit of Merchant. GeoCities agrees not to apply for registration of the Merchant Marks (or any xxxx confusingly similar thereto) anywhere in the world.
Merchant Marks means the logos, service marks, trademarks, and trade names owned and/or controlled by Merchant relating to Merchant and/or the Products.
Merchant Marks means the brand names “Peoples”, “Peoples II”, “Mappins” and “Young Jewellers” and all other brand names, trademarks, trade names, logos and service marks of Merchant, any acquired entity marks, and any related or derivative marks, trade styles or logos that Merchant provides to TDFS for use in connection with the Program.

Related to Merchant Marks

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Trade name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Named Users means any combination of users licensed under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.
