Metering Breach Notice means a written notice satisfying the requirements of Clause 53.2(B) (Notification of Metering Compliance Obligation breach), which expression shall include each element of, and (if applicable) each computation contained or referred to in, such notice and all Supporting Information referred to in Clause 53.2(B)(ii) (Notification of Metering Compliance Obligation breach);

  • If the Generator gives a Generator Metering Breach Notice, Condition 31.7 shall apply.

Related to Metering Breach Notice

  • Breach Notice has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

  • Hold Notice means a written statement (or an oral statement confirmed in writing, which may be by e-mail) from a holder of reset rate notes denominated in U.S. Dollars during the then-current and immediately following reset periods, delivered to a remarketing agent that the holder desires to hold some or all of its reset rate notes for the upcoming reset period and affirmatively agrees to receive a rate of interest of not less than the applicable All Hold Rate during that reset period.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Restriction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(f) hereof.

  • ROFO Notice is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).

  • Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).

  • Breaching Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

Failure to comply with Law, or actions or omissions by the Provider that endanger the Health or Safety of Learners, Provider Personnel, and all other persons including members of the public would constitute a Serious Breach;

  • Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy.

  • Acceptance Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iii).

  • Arbitration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
