Migrant Farmworker definition

Migrant Farmworker means a migratory agricultural worker, generally defined as an individual:
Migrant Farmworker means an individual who does not live at his/her home, but rather travels from place to place outside the project area in which the individual resides, to seek employment in an agricultural production activity. A migrant household is a household which includes a member who is a migrant farmworker during the certification period.
Migrant Farmworker means a seasonal farmworker—as defined in paragraph (c)(8) of this section—whose employment required travel that precluded the farmworker from returning to his or her domicile (permanent place of residence) within the same day.

Migrant Farmworker means a person who, during the preceding 12 months, worked at least on month in farmwork, earned at least half of his/her income from farmwork, and who had to travel to do the farmwork so that he/she was unable to return to his/her permanent place of residence within the same day.
