Minimum Customer Terms definition
Minimum Customer Terms shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.B.
Minimum Customer Terms means, for a MSP that is backing up, replicating, monitoring and/or managing Cloud Data owned or controlled by an End User or other third party, the minimum terms such MSP must include in a written agreement between the MSP and the End User or third party associated with delivery of the Services or a Cloud Product. The Minimum Customer Terms are set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement.

Examples of Minimum Customer Terms in a sentence
All Customer Cloud Agreements shall include a provision naming SAP as an express third party beneficiary to the Minimum Customer Terms.
This shall also apply in case SAP suspends access to the Service for a particular Customer for breach of the Minimum Customer Terms.
BPO shall enforce, and upon reasonable request shall assist SAP in enforcing, the Minimum Customer Terms.
