  • With respect to the Minimum Lead Time requirements, the applicable time period shall commence upon Supplier’s receipt of a Purchase Order which complies with all provisions of this Agreement.

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
