Minimum Monthly Charge definition

Minimum Monthly Charge means the minimum fee levied to each customer who has water service available and has paid the required connection fee.

Minimum Monthly Charge means the monthly charge for the commitment of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Equipment and Product availability, up to Delivery Requirements, payable by Coffeyville Resources to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as more specifically described in Exhibit A(V), as adjusted under Appendix 2. Nitrogen Product means nitrogen gas (including vaporized liquid) and liquid that conforms to the Product Specifications. Relife Capital Investment Means the amount of capital invested in replacing and improving the operating equipment of the ASU. Relife Capital Shortfall [***] scf or standard cubic foot means one cubic foot of gas measured at a temperature of 70F, at a pressure of 14.696 psia.
Minimum Monthly Charge means the number of days during the month the Mobile Unit is scheduled and available for service multiplied by seven (7) scans per day, and further multiplied by the Standard Charge.
