Minimum Trading Amount definition

Minimum Trading Amount means, the minimum number of Certificates that may be traded in a single transaction as specified in the applicable Issue Terms, subject to a minimum of EUR100,000 (or, if the Certificates are denominated in a currency other than euro, the equivalent amount in such currency, determined using the market exchange rate as at the Issue Date).
Minimum Trading Amount means the minimum number of Certificates that may be traded in a single transaction as specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Minimum Trading Amount means, in respect of any Series, the minimum number (if any) of ETC Securities which may be transferred by a an ETC Holder in a single transaction, as specified in the Final Terms.

Examples of Minimum Trading Amount in a sentence

  • The number of Certificates which may be transferred by a Certificateholder in a single transaction must be equal to the Minimum Trading Amount and any integral multiple thereof.

  • If a Certificateholder holds a number of Certificates less than the Minimum Trading Amount, under the terms of the Certificates, it will not be able to transfer the Certificates it holds, and will be required to hold such Certificates until the Expiration Date.

Related to Minimum Trading Amount

  • Minimum Amount means the Minimum Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Issuance Amount means the aggregate Sales Price of the Shares to be sold by the Agent pursuant to any Issuance Notice.

  • Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.

  • Daily Cash Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, the lesser of (A) the applicable Daily Maximum Cash Amount; and (B) the Daily Conversion Value for such VWAP Trading Day.

  • Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,

  • stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and
