Mining License definition

Mining License means a document granting the right to conduct mining as set forth in this law;

More Definitions of Mining License

Mining License. : means a licence allowing its holder to carry on development, mining, processing, marketing of minerals, and mine closure Mining Activities, pursuant to Article 31 et seq. of this Code;
