Missed Appointment definition

Missed Appointment means the failure of the RSP, Consenting Provider or the Downstream Customer (or their authorised representatives) to be present from the beginning of a scheduled appointment window agreed between nbn and the RSP or the Downstream Customer during the attendance by Personnel of nbn at a Premises. Missed Appointment (After Hours Installation Appointment) means the failure of the RSP, Consenting Provider or the Downstream Customer (or their authorised representatives) to be present from the beginning of a scheduled window agreed between nbn and the RSP or the Downstream Customer during the attendance by Personnel of nbn at a Premises for an After Hours Installation Appointment.
Missed Appointment. We require 24-hour advanced notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance, you may be charged a fifty-dollar ($50) fee for office visits or a one hundred-dollar ($100) fee for procedures; this will not be covered by your insurance company.
Missed Appointment fees: If your session time has passed and you have not attended your session, you will be charged the Missed Appointment Fee which is 50% of the full appointment fee. Any amounts prepaid to us will be applied to this fee and the full Missed Appointment Fee must be paid before further sessions can be scheduled.

Missed Appointment. The policy of this office is to charge for missed appointments ($44 per hour scheduled).
