Mobile Deposit Services definition

Mobile Deposit Services means the Mobile Deposit Services described in this Agreement, to be provided by Bank to you to enable the processing of Items digitally as Image Exchange Items through image exchange networks or through creation of Substitute Checks and presentment to established Endpoints, including collectively the procedures, protocols, and software used by Bank and its licensors and contractors in connection with the electronic processing of Items.
Mobile Deposit Services or “Deposit Servicesrefer to the ability to deposit checks into eligible checking or savings accounts by use of an appropriately configured mobile device (download of our Mobile Banking app to your mobile device is required).
Mobile Deposit Services means the Mobile Deposit Services described in this Addendum, to be provided by Bank to You to enable the processing of Items digitally as Image Exchange Items through image exchange networks or through creation of Substitute Checks and presentment to established Endpoints, including collectively the procedures, protocols, and software used by Bank and its licensors and contractors in connection with the electronic processing of Items.

Examples of Mobile Deposit Services in a sentence

  • You understand and agree that you will not deposit the following items using Mobile Deposit Services: Any third party check, i.e., any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party.

  • Deposits of the kinds listed above may result in the immediate termination of the Mobile Deposit Services.

  • You understand that any amount credited to your account for items deposited using Mobile Deposit Services is a provisional credit and you agree to indemnify us against any loss we suffer because of our acceptance of the remotely deposited check.

  • We reserve the right to establish and assign to you deposit limits for Mobile Deposit Services (including limits on the dollar amount and/or number of checks that you may transmit through Mobile Deposit Services each day) and to modify such limits from time to time in our sole discretion, and you agree to comply with all such limits.

  • Even if we do not initially reject an item you deposit through Mobile Deposit Services, we may return the substitute check we create because, among other reasons, the paying bank deems the electronic image illegible.

  • You must immediately notify us of any suspected error relating to images transmitted using Mobile Deposit Services no later than (60) sixty days of our transmittal of the periodic statement, subject to a different limitation, if any, that existing law or regulation requires us to impose, after the date of the monthly periodic statement that includes any transaction you allege is erroneous.

  • You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of Mobile Deposit Services as we may establish from time to time.

  • We reserve the right to charge fees for Mobile Deposit Services in the future.

  • We agree that we will make commercially reasonable efforts to make funds available from electronic images submitted via Mobile Deposit Services from your Mobile Device, though such times may be greater than the funds availability thresholds for items set forth in Regulation CC, the Electronic Funds Availability Act or other applicable law; and only to the extent if any that such applicable law permits greater periods of time.

  • You acknowledge and agree that we may reject any check transmitted through Mobile Deposit Services in our sole discretion without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such rejection or failure to notify you of such rejection.

Related to Mobile Deposit Services

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information” on the Website.

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Operator Services provides for:

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
