Monthly Active Users definition

Monthly Active Users or “MAUs” means the number of end-users who entered into a paid or free contest hosted on Skillz’s platform at least once in a month, averaged over each month in the period.
Monthly Active Users or “MAUs” means the number of individuals who played one of our games during a calendar month on a particular platform. Under this metric, an individual who plays two different games in the same calendar month is counted as two MAUs. Similarly, an individual who plays the same game on two different platforms (e.g., web and mobile) or on two different social networks during the same month would be counted as two Monthly Active Users. Average Monthly Active Users for a particular period is the average of the MAUs for each month during that period.
Monthly Active Users means a user that is logged in and accesses the SaaS Services more than ten times per month. If applicable, the number of Monthly Active Users that are authorized to use the SaaS Services for the Agreement are identified in the Investment Summary.

  • For each annual contract period, the Authorized Users is equal to the average of the Monthly Active Users.
