Monthly availability rate means the total number of minutes in the month minus the number of minutes of unavailability in the month in question, divided by the total number of minutes in the month in question.

Monthly availability rate means the percentage calculated, for a calendar month M, according to the following formula: ( ℎ − ) ℎ An "Interruption" shall mean a server-side user error rate greater than five percent (5%) on the domain associated with the Software.
