Monthly Capacity Fee means the amounts, invoiced to and payable by Network User on a monthly basis based on the subscribed Transmission Services, invoiced with the Monthly Invoice in accordance with this Standard Transmission Agreement (STA – attachment 2Article 6), the Access Code for Transmission (ACT
Monthly Capacity Fee means the amounts, invoiced to and payable by Network User on a monthly basis based on the subscribed Transmission Services, invoiced with the Monthly Invoice in accordance with this Standard Transmission Agreement (STA – attachment 2Article 6), the Access Code for Transmission (ACT – attachment A) and the Regulated Tariffs. For the avoidance of doubt, to determine the amount of the collateral following fees are taken into account under the Monthly Capacity Fee as described in the ACT - attachment A Article 6: Monthly Capacity Fees, Monthly Zee Platform Fee, Monthly Capacity Fee Quality Conversion H -> L, Monthly Capacity Fee Quality Conversion to H, Monthly Fixed Fees for ZTP Trading Services, Monthly Fee for implicitly allocated Transmission Service at Zeebrugge Interconnection Point for Imbalance Transfer Service.
Monthly Capacity Fee means the amounts, invoiced to and payable by Grid U serN etwork User on a monthly basis based on the subscribed Transmission Services, invoiced with the Monthly Invoice in accordance with this Standard Transmission Agreement (STA – attachment 2Article 6), the Access Code for Transmission (ACT – attachment A) and the Regulated Tariffs.

Examples of Monthly Capacity Fee in a sentence

  • The Monthly Capacity Fee shall be reduced pro rata the interrupted/reduced capacity and for the term of such interruption/reduction in case of refusal by the Network User of non-compliant Natural Gas.

  • The Monthly Capacity Fee shall be reduced pro rata the interrupted/reduced capacity and for the term of such interruption/reduction in case of refusal by the Network User of non compliant Natural Gas.

  • The Monthly Capacity Fee shall be reduced pro rata the interrupted/reduced capacity and for the term of such interruption/reduction in case of refusal by the Grid User of non compliant Natural Gas.

  • Preference will be given to the local people as per their eligibility.

  • Even if the STSC is terminated on the first day of the current month, Monthly Capacity Fee determined for such month shall be fully paid by the Service User whose STSC is terminated.

  • Such Monthly Capacity Fee collected shall be the last Monthly Capacity Fee collected from the Service User whose STSC is terminated.

Related to Monthly Capacity Fee

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time; However, for avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the CUF shall be calculated on the Contracted Capacity; In any Contract Year, if ‘X’ MWh of energy has been metered out at the Delivery Point for ‘Y’ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*8766)) X100%; Declared CUF for this Project shall be % (to be revised as applicable).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;

  • Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.
