Monthly Service Credit definition

Monthly Service Credit means the applicable percentage (as set forth below) of Client’s monthly fees, which such monthly fees shall be calculated by dividing Client’s annual fees for the Service by 12.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.
