Monthly Service Credit Clause Samples
A Monthly Service Credit clause defines the compensation or credit a customer receives if a service provider fails to meet agreed-upon performance standards within a given month. Monthly Service Credit. Service Credits issued in any month for a Port under this SLA will not exceed the monthly recurring charges for the affected Port.
