Net Refund Recipients means those Participants, other than Deemed Distribution Participants, that participate in this settlement either as a Party or pursuant to Article VIII and that are owed net refunds after consideration of amounts that the particular Participant may itself owe to the California Markets in the form of refunds (unadjusted for Refund Offsets or charges for same).
