NO AWARD. Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Body has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 2 or 3 (as applicable), the Contracting Body shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Service Requirements. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall oblige any Contracting Body to place any Order for the Services.
NO AWARD. 5.1 Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Authority has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 2 or 3 (as applicable), the Contracting Authority shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Goods and/or Services Requirements. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall oblige any Contracting Authority to award any Call Off Contract.
NO AWARD. (i) communicate to any person other than the person inviting these offers the amount or approximate amount of the offer, except where the disclosure, in confidence, of the approximate amount of the offer was necessary to obtain quotations required for the preparation of the offer; and
(ii) enter into any arrangement or agreement with any other person that he or the other person(s) shall refrain from making an offer or as to the amount of any offer to be submitted. Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Body has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 2 or 3, the Contracting Body shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Goods and Services Requirements. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall oblige any Contracting Body to enter into a Call-Off Agreement for the Available Goods and Services.
NO AWARD. Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Authority has conducted a Call for Competition Procedure the Contracting Authority shall be entitled at all times to decline to make any award in respect of:
NO AWARD. 6.1 Notwithstanding the fact that the Panel Customer has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 3 (Direct Award Procedure) or 4 (Further Competition Procedure) (as applicable), the Panel Customer shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an Order. Nothing in this Panel Agreement shall oblige any Panel Customer to make any Order.
NO AWARD. 5.1 Notwithstanding the fact that the Lot 1 Contracting Body has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 2 or 3 (as applicable), the Lot 1 Contracting Body shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Service Requirements. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall oblige any Lot 1 Contracting Body to award any Call Off Agreement.
NO AWARD. Notwithstanding the fact that the Contracting Body has followed a procedure as set out in this Schedule, the Contracting Body shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Services Requirement. No element of this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement shall oblige any Contracting Body to award any Call Off Agreement.
NO AWARD. 6.8 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Clause 6, NB shall be entitled at any time to decline to make an award for all or any of the Required Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall oblige any Contracting Authority to award any of the Required Services, whether to the Consultancy Company or any other Framework Supplier.

NO AWARD. 6.1 Notwithstanding the fact that the Lead/Customer Organisation has followed a procedure as set out above in paragraph 3 or 4 (as applicable), the Lead/Customer Organisation shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Service Requirements. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall oblige any Lead/Customer Organisation to place any Order for the Services.
